Firstly, the use of a high pressure fogger in a cold room or in a cold store allows to extend considerably the shelf life of products.

Moreover, our system allows the humidification and hydration of fresh products (vegetables, fruits, fish, meats) by high pressure misting. To do this, it sprays a delicate mist in the cold room. Note that this ultra fine mist brings an ideal hygrometry and generates a longer conservation of storage.

Otherwise, the protocol of our misting unit works as follows.
First, city water is pressurized to 70 bars via our professional high-pressure pump.
Then, the pressurized water is sprayed by nozzles in the form of very fine droplets of 10 to 30µ.

Finally, these micro-droplets form a light mist that spreads throughout the entire volume of the cold store or storage room.

We should also mention that this process occurs without wetting because a timer by the second and a hygrometric control unit measures and controls the system.
